Off-market takeover bid by Quantum Graphite Limited for Lincoln Minerals Limited Dispatch of Replacement Bidder’s Statement to Lincoln Minerals Shareholders

Quantum Graphite Limited ( Quantum ) refers to its off-market takeover bid for all of the ordinary shares in Lincoln Minerals Limited ( Lincoln ), on the terms set out in Quantum’s replacement bidder’s statement dated, and lodged with ASX and ASIC on, 6 September 2022 ( Replacement Bidder’s Statement ), ( Offer ).

Quantum gives notice in accordance with item 8 of section 633(1) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) ( Corporations Act ) that the Replacement Bidder’s Statement (containing the Offer) has been sent to each person who held securities in the bid class as at 7.00pm (AEST) on 10 August 2022, as required by item 6 of section 633(1) of the Corporations Act.

The date of the Offer is 20 September 2022, and has been made on the terms set out in the Replacement Bidder’s Statement.
