The Company is pleased to announce it has completed a private placement to sophisticated investors.
The Directors have resolved to accept subscriptions in the amount of A$1.5 million. The shares will be issued at a 10% discount to the five-day volume weighted average price (VWAP) ending on 4 July 2024.
Funds raised will be applied to the Company’s working capital needs, including its Uley 2 Resource Expansion Plan.
