Quantum Graphite Limited (ASX: QGL) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of Quantum Graphite Limited (‘QGL’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of QGL, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Thursday, 21 July 2022 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Quantum Graphite Limited (Company) Request for Trading Halt

The Company (ASX Code QGL) requests an immediate trading halt be placed on the Company’s securities in accordance with Listing Rule 17.1 pending the release of an announcement in relation to a capital raising.

The Company requests that the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of the release to the market of the announcement or the commencement of trading on Thursday, 21 July 2022.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
