Pro-rata Non-renounceable Rights Issue Extension of Closing Date

The company announces today that it is extending the closing date for acceptance of applications for participation in the pro-rata non-renounceable rights offering (Rights Offering) announced on 10 December 2018 (see Offer Document).

Accordingly the closing date for the Rights Offering is now 5.00pm (AEDT), 11 March 2019. The revised timetable is set out below.
