CORPORATE ACTIONS UPDATE ENTITLEMENT OFFER CLOSURE AND SHORTFALL NOTIFICATION UNMARKETABLE PARCELS
Entitlement Offer
The company announces today that the non-renounceable entitlement offer (Entitlement Offer) as set out in the Offer Information Statement (OIS) dated 10 December 2018 (see market release of 10 December 2018) closed on Monday, 11 March 2019.
Under the Entitlement Offer, eligible shareholders were entitled to subscribe for 1 New Share for every 10 Shares held by them, at an issue price of $0.003 per Share.
The results of the Entitlement Offer are as follows:

New Shares and Top Up Shares will be allotted on 18 March 2019. Quotation and regular trading in these shares will commence on 19 March 2019.
Unmarketable Parcels
At the conclusion of the Entitlement Offer and following the receipt of retention forms from shareholders holding unmarketable parcels, the company has determined that it will sell 54,416,019 shares belonging to 3,151 shareholders in accordance with the company’s release to the market on 17 December 2018.
