Completion of Unmarketable Parcels Sale
The Company announces today the completion of the sale of shares pursuant to the Unmarketable Parcel Share Sale Facility ( Share Sale Facility ) details of which were announced on 17 December 2018.
Following the close of the Share Sale Facility on 11 February 2019 and further to the Company’s announcement of 13 March 2019, a total of 58,233,563 shares, on behalf of 3,151 shareholders, have now been sold on market at an average price of 0.30 cents per share.
Each shareholder participating in the Share Sale Facility will receive their proportionate share of the sale proceeds without any deduction for brokerage or transaction costs. Cheques are expected to be despatched to shareholders within 14 days.
