MARKET RELEASE For Immediate Release 29 August 2018
CORPORATE UPDATE Capital Structure Following Company Reconstruction
The Company is pleased to announce that all formalities in respect of the Company’s reconstruction have been completed and accordingly the Company’s capital structure consists of 7,486,788,432 fully paid ordinary shares and 1,000,000,000 options.
The Company expects to release an Auditor reviewed pro forma balance sheet within the next week.
Attached to this announcement is the Top 20 Investors Report and the Investor Ranges Report. An Appendix 3B will follow this announcement.
