MARKET RELEASE For Immediate Release 10 December 2018

REVISED TIMETABLE OF PRO RATA NON-RENOUNCEABLE RIGHTS ISSUE (OFFER)

Earlier today the Company announced a non-renounceable rights offering (Offer) to eligible shareholders entitling them to 1 new share for every 10 existing shares held by them.

The Company has revised the timetable and accordingly the Information Booklet (including the Offer Information Statement and the shareholder application form) will now be sent to eligible shareholders on Wednesday, 19 December 2018.

Shareholders who have registered addresses in Australia or New Zealand as at the revised record date on Friday, 14 December 2018 at 7.00pm (AEDT) (Revised Record Date) are eligible to participate in the Offer.

Shareholders who have registered addresses outside Australia or New Zealand as at the Revised Record Date are not entitled to participate in the Offer.
