The Company notifies the market of the receipt of the Australian Securities and Investments Commission’s consent to the resignation of the Company’s auditors, Grant Thornton Audit Pty Ltd and confirms the appointment of Mr. Jason Croall of RSM Australia Partners as the Company’s Auditor.
