Quantum Graphite Limited (ASX:QGL, the Company) advises that the Company’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Thursday, 21 November 2024.

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, the closing date for Director nominations is Thursday, 10 October 2024. Any nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a Director must be made in writing and received at the Company’s registered office no later than 5:00pm (Melbourne time) on Thursday, 10 October 2024.

Further information about the AGM, including the Notice of AGM, will be provided to shareholders within two weeks and available on the Company website, https://quantumgraphite.com/investors/
