Withdrawal of Resolutions for the 2021 Annual General Meeting
Quantum graphite Limited (ASX: QGL) (the Company) advises that Rochelle Pattison has withdrawn her nomination to be a Director of the Company, accordingly the Board advises that it has withdrawn Resolutions 2(c) and 7(c) referred to in the Notice of Meeting dated 18 October 2021 from consideration at the 2021 Annual General Meeting (the Meeting).
The withdrawal of these resolutions will have no material adverse impact on the Company and will not affect the validity of the proxy form provided in connection with the Meeting or any proxy already submitted in respect of the remaining items of business.
All other items of business included in the Notice of Meeting provided to shareholders will be put to shareholders at the Meeting.
