2020 Annual General Meeting Correction to Notice of Meeting
Shareholders are advised of a correction to the second resolution in the Notice of Meeting. The reference to RSM Australia Pty Ltd should be a reference to RSM Australia Partners . Accordingly, the resolution should read as follows:
That subject to the consent of the Australian Securities & Investments Commission to the current auditor resigning, to appoint RSM Australia Partners , having consented in writing and been duly nominated in accordance with Section 328B(1) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cwth), as Auditor of the Company.
