Item 8.01 Other Events

On December 1, 2016, the Board of Directors of Quantum Corporation (“Quantum”) determined to change the date of Quantum’s next annual meeting of stockholders from January 31, 2017 to March 31, 2017. The Board of Directors will set a new record date and a new nomination deadline for the rescheduled annual meeting in due course.
