Reference is made to the stock exchange notice by Quantafuel ASA on 18 March 2022 regarding the share capital increase carried out in connection with the exercise of options for 13,333 shares under Quantafuel's share option program.

The new share capital and number of shares have been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises.
