Reference is made to the stock exchange notice by Quantafuel ASA on 12 January 2021 regarding the issue of 2,720,044 consideration shares in connection with the acquisition of 40% of the shares in Geminor Invest AS.

The share capital increase pertaining to the acquisition has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises:

Number of shares: 138,546,261
