Reference is made to the stock exchange notice by Quantafuel ASA on 9 March 2021 regarding the issue of 183,332 consideration shares in connection with exercise of options by certain employees of Quantafuel.

The share capital increase pertaining to the acquisition has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises:
