Quantafuel ASA | Share issue towards three shareholders in Quantafuel Skive ApS

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice by Quantafuel ASA ("Quantafuel") yesterday regarding the acquisition of the full minority stake of approx. 23.7 % of the shares in Quantafuel Skive ApS against a purchase price of NOK 116.9 million to be settled in 2,880,000 consideration shares in Quantafuel.

The issue of the consideration shares has been resolved by Quantafuel's Board of Directors by use of the board authorisation granted by Quantafuel's extraordinary general meeting on 28 May 2021.

Following the issue of the consideration shares, Quantafuel's issued share capital will be NOK 1,416,209.26 divided on 141,620,926 issued shares, each with a par value of NOK 0.01.
