Quantafuel ASA | Share issue under option program

Reference is made to the annual general meeting of Quantafuel ASA (the "Company") held on 28 May 2021 where the board of directors was authorised to increase the share capital in connection with the Company's share option program. As a result of exercise of options by two participants in the program, the board has resolved to increase the Company's share capital with NOK 666.67, by the issuance of 66,667 new shares, each with a par value of NOK 0.01.
