The Shareholders in Quantafuel ASA are hereby given notice of the Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 25 May 2022 at 11:00 CET.

Please find attached notice of the AGM and the recommendation of the Nomination Committee.

The Nomination Committee recommends the re-election of all six shareholder appointed Board members. In addition, the committee proposes election of Petter Dragesund as new Board member.
