Quantafuel AS and BASF sign Collaboration agreement.

Quantafuel and BASF have now signed the Collaboration Agreement that was communicated on March 5th. The agreement has been ratified by the Board of Directors of Quantafuel, and the shareholders will receive the summary of the agreement shortly. The parties look forward to a fruitful collaboration, starting with immediate effect. Together, Quantafuel and BASF are already working on the commissioning of the plant in Skive, Denmark.
