Qualitas Limited (ASX: QAL) –Admission and Quotation – Conditional and Deferred Settlement Trading

Description

Qualitas Limited (‘QAL’) has now satisfied the conditions of admission and was admitted to the Official List of ASX on Wednesday, 15 December 2021.

Quotation of QAL’s securities will commence at 11:00AM AEDT on Thursday, 16 December 2021 on a conditional and deferred settlement basis .

QAL raised $335,000,000 pursuant to the offer under its prospectus dated 29 November 2021 by the issue of 134,000,000 shares at an issue price of $2.50 per share
