Qualitas Limited – 2024 Annual General Meeting

Further to the ASX announcement of 23 May 2024, Qualitas Limited (ASX: QAL) advises that its 2024 Annual General Meeting ( AGM ) will be held on Friday, 29 November 2024 commencing at 10.00am (AEDT).

The AGM will be held as a hybrid AGM with full details to be provided in the Notice of Meeting which will be released to the market and sent to shareholders in October 2024.

The closing time and date for receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director of Qualitas Limited is 10.00am (AEDT) on Wednesday, 9 October 2024.

This announcement is in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1.
