Qualitas Limited – 2022 Annual General Meeting
Further to the ASX announcement of 17 June 2022, Qualitas Limited (ASX: QAL) advises that its 2022 Annual General Meeting ( AGM ) will be held on Friday 18 November 2022 commencing at 10.00am (AEDT).
The AGM will be held as a hybrid AGM with full details to be provided in the Notice of Meeting which will be released to the market and sent to shareholders in October 2022.
The closing time and date for receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director of Qualitas Limited is 10.00am (AEST) on Thursday 29 September 2022.
This announcement is in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1.
