Director/PDMR Shareholding
Following the announcement made on 3 July 2019, Quadrise announces that on 9 July 2019, Mike Kirk, Executive Chairman purchased a total of 36,310 shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 7.09p per share to be held in ISA's held by Mike Kirk (18,143 Ordinary Shares) and his wife, Julie Kirk (18,167 Ordinary Shares). This is in excess of the 31,018 Ordinary Shares that would have been required to bring Mike Kirk's beneficial holding back up to 600,000 Ordinary Shares held prior to the previous transactions.
Following the transactions effected above, Mr Kirk beneficially holds 605,292 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.07 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
