Quadrise Fuels International plc (AIM: QFI) announces that, following the recent announcement regarding the issue of convertible securities and intended Open Offer on the 23 August 2019, the management team will be hosting an investor conference call at 2.00pm (UK) on Wednesday 28 August 2019, where it will provide investors with an opportunity to ask questions on recent developments.
