Quadrise announces that it has been notified by Hemant Thanawala, a non-executive director of the Company, of his intention to resign as a director of the Company with effect from 31 December 2019.  

Commenting Mike Kirk, Executive Chairman of QFI, said:

"Hemant has indicated that due to other business commitments, he feels that he can no longer dedicate sufficient time to his role at QFI.  The Board would like to thank Hemant for his contribution to the Company and wish him well."
