DIVESTMENT

NEOPOST FINALIZES THE DIVESTMENT OF DMTI SPATIAL

Paris, July 12, 2017

Neopost, a global leader in digital communications, shipping and mail solutions, is today announcing the closing of the sale of its subsidiary DMTI Spatial to Digital Map Products Inc., a leading provider of geospatial mapping technology and content in the United States.

The divestment results from the ongoing strategic review of the Group's portfolio of business activities, DMTI solutions generating few synergies with the Group's other solutions. Neopost strongly believes that the joint project between Digital Map Products and DMTI will bring exciting perspectives to both DMTI's workforce and customers. The transaction was completed on July 11, 2017 and deconsolidation is effective at the same date.

DMTI Spatial, a provider of location-based intelligence solutions for the Canadian market with about 30 employees in Canada, accounted for less than 5% of the total revenue of Neopost's Enterprise Digital Solutions division for 2016 as a whole.

The divestment has no impact on the EDS division's objective of 10% organic revenue growth for fullyear 2017.

CALENDAR

The press release announcing second-quarter 2017 sales and half-year 2017 will be published on September 26, 2017, after the market close.
