Yönetim Kurulu'nun 13.04.2022 tarihli, 2022/08 sayılı kararına istinaden TTK ve SPK'nın hükümleri çerçevesinde Türkiye Muhasebe/Finansal Raporlama Standartları'na uyumlu olarak hazırlanan ve HLB Saygın Bağımsız Denetim A.Ş. tarafından denetlenen 01.01.2021 - 31.12.2021 hesap dönemine ait finansal tablolarımıza göre toplam 565.611.996,00 TL Konsolide Net Dönem Kârı (Ana Ortaklık Payları) elde etmiştir. Vergi Usul Kanunu (VUK) hükümlerine uygun olarak tutulan kayıtlara göre Net Dönem Karı ise 539.523.309,16 TL'dir.

Yasal Kayıtlara Göre elde edilen 539.523.309,16 TL Net Dönem Kârından Esas Sözleşmemizin 30. maddesi ve TTK'ya uygun olarak öncelikle 9.961.449,45 TL geçmiş yıl zararlarının mahsup edilmesi, daha sonra 26.478.092,99 TL Genel Kanuni Yedek Akçe (1.Tertip) ayrılması, kalan 503.083.766,72 TL'nin tamamının Olağanüstü Yedek olarak ayrılması; SPK'ya Göre hazırlanan finansal tablolara göre ise, 565.611.996,00 TL Net Dönem Kârından (Ana Ortaklık Payları) 26.478.092,99 TL Genel Kanuni Yedek Akçe (1.Tertip) ayrılması, kalan 539.133.903,01 TL'nin Olağanüstü Yedek olarak ayrılması, 12 Mayıs 2022 tarihli Olağan Genel Kurul Toplantısında, oy kullanmaya haiz ortakların fiziki ortamda toplantıya katılanların oybirliği ile kabul edilmiştir.
