Qt Group Plc: Share subscriptions based on stock options 2016

Between 11 December 2020 and 5 February 2021, a total of 21,500 Qt Group Plc’s
new shares has been subscribed for with the company's stock options 2016. For
subscriptions made with the stock options 2016, the entire subscription price of
EUR 104,060.00 will be entered in the reserve for invested unrestricted equity.

After the trade registration the total amount of shares is 24,859,956.

The shares subscribed for under the stock options 2016 have been registered in
the Trade Register on 1 March 2021, as of which date the new shares will
establish shareholder rights. The shares will be traded on the NASDAQ Helsinki
together with the old shares as of 2 March 2021.

The shares subscription period for stock options 2016 started on 19 December
2019 and will end on 31 December 2022.
