Qt Group Plc's new shares registered in the trade register

As announced on 13 April 2021 and on 14 April 2021, Qt Group Plc ("Qt") has, in
the name of its operative subsidiary The Qt Company, acquired all the shares in
Germany-based froglogic GmbH ("froglogic").

The 62,184 new shares in Qt issued in the directed share issue executed in
connection with the acquisition to the sellers of froglogic, have been
registered to the Trade Register maintained by the Finnish Patent and
Registration Office today on 15 April 2021. Following the registration of the
new shares, the total number of outstanding shares in Qt is 24,922,140, of which
350,000 shares are held by Qt.

The new shares confer the same rights as Qt's other shares, after being
delivered to the investors' book-entry accounts today on 15 April 2021. Trading
in the new shares is expected to commence on the official list of Nasdaq
Helsinki Ltd on or about tomorrow 16 April 2021.
