Qt Group's Annual Report for the year 2024 has been published as an attachment
to this release and on the company's website https://www.qt.io/investors.

The Annual Report contains the Board of Directors' report and the Auditors'
report, the Financial Statements 2024, Corporate Governance Statement and
Remuneration Report for Governing Bodies. Board of Directors' report includes a
Sustainability Statement prepared in accordance with the Corporate
Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD).

Qt Group's Financial Statements are published in accordance with the European
Single Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting requirements. In line with the ESEF
requirements, the primary statements have been labelled with XBRL tags. Notes to
financial statements have been labelled with XBRL block tags. The Financial
Statements are attached to this release in xHTML-format. KPMG Oy Ab, authorised
public accountants, has provided an independent auditor's reasonable assurance
report on Qt Group's ESEF Financial Statements in accordance with ISAE 3000.
