Transparency declaration of the Vanmoerkerke family

SUMMARY

In accordance with the Law of 2 May 2007 on the disclosure of major shareholdings in listed companies, Qrf publishes this transparency notification. Qrf received the transparency notification on 5 July 2021 indicating that there has been a change of control of the company holding the participation in Qrf.

• Details of the declaration: Qrf Management NV has 2,458 voting rights, Horizon Retail Investeringen WP BV has 2,119,878 voting rights, with a total of 2,122,336 voting rights (i.e. 28.89%).
• Chain of controlled companies: Marc Vanmoerkerke controls De Noordzee Stichting Administratiekantoor. Marc Vanmoerkerke, Edith De Ketelaere, Olivia Vanmoerkerke, William Vanmoerkerke and De Noordzee Stichting Administratiekantoor jointly control De Noordzee Maatschap, which in turn controls 2iM BV and Horizon Retail Investments WP BV. 2iM BV controls Qrf Management NV.
