1978 Qualipoly Chemical Corp. was founded in Kaohsiung and started manufacturing UPR , Alkyd Resins.

1983 Agreement with AB Syntes (Sweden) for low styrene emission polyester resin.

1987 Agreement with Ashland , for unsaturated polyester resin.
Agreement with Soab AB for alkyd resin and amino resin.
- 1992 Licensing agreement with Ashland for foundry resin.
Listed in GreTai market.
