Description

The securities of Family Zone Cyber Safety Limited (‘FZO’) will be placed in trading halt at FZO’s request, pending it releasing an announcement about the outcome of the institutional component of the accelerated entitlement offer. REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT

Pursuant to Listing Rule 17.1, Family Zone Cyber Safety Limited ( Company ) requests that ASX grant an immediate back to back trading halt with respect to the Company’s securities pending an announcement in relation to a material acquisition and capital raising including an accelerated rights issue.

The Company requests that the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of commencement of trading on Friday 6 August 2021 or the time the Company makes an announcement.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted and does not have any other information about the trading halt that is necessary to inform the market.

The trading halt request has been authorised by the Board.
