Annual General Meeting - Advanced Notice

Family Zone advises, in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, that the Company’s Annual General Meeting (" AGM ") is anticipated to be held on Friday 19 November 2021.

The location of the AGM and details of resolutions to be considered at the AGM will be contained in a Notice of AGM and Explanatory Memorandum, which will be issued prior to the meeting in accordance with the Corporations Act. The re-election of certain directors of the Company will be considered at the AGM. The closing date for the receipt of any nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director of the Company is 5.00 pm (Perth time) on Friday, 24 September 2021.
