Description
QMines Limited (‘QML’) was admitted to the Official List of ASX Limited (‘ASX’) today, Tuesday, 4 May 2021. Official quotation of QML’s ordinary fully paid shares will commence at 11:00 AM AEST on Thursday, 6 May 2021.
QML raised $11,548,109 pursuant to the offer under its prospectus dated 16 April 2021 (‘Prospectus’) by the issue of 38,493,696 shares at an issue price of $0.30 per share.
