Change in the Nomination Committee

Earlier in October Qliro's Nomination Committee was appointed. Rite Ventures has now decided to change their representative in the Nomination Committee from Peter Lindell to Christoffer Häggblom.

The Nomination Committee now consists of:

Christoffer Häggblom, appointed by Rite Ventures, Chairman of the Nomination Committee

Alexander Antas, appointed by Mandatum Private Equity

Thomas Krishan

Lennart Jacobsen, Chairman of Qliro

Shareholders who wish to submit proposals to the Nomination Committee are welcome to contact the Nomination Committee. In order for the Nomination Committee to be able to consider a proposal, the proposal must have been received well in advance of the Annual General Meeting. The Annual General Meeting is planned to be held in Stockholm on May 17, 2022.
