SUPPLEMENTAL ANNOUNCEMENT
PLACING OF NEW SHARES UNDER GENERAL MANDATE
Reference is made to the announcement of Siberian Mining Group Company Limited (the “ Company ”) dated 27 September 2019 (the “ Announcement ”) in relation to the proposed Placing of new Shares under the General Mandate. Unless otherwise specified, capitalized terms used in the Announcement shall have the same meanings when used herein.
As advised by the director of the Placee, the Placee is owned beneficially and ultimately by 29 natural persons as follows:
