INSIDE INFORMATION

DEMAND FOR REPAYMENT OF LOANS

Reference is made to the announcement made by Siberian Mining Group Company Limited (the “ Company ”) on 22 April 2013 in relation to the demand by First Glory of full repayment of Loans owed by the Company. Capitalised terms used herein shall have the same meaning ascribed to them in the announcement of 22 April 2013, unless otherwise specified.

The Company has made attempts to discuss with First Glory on the demand, but First Glory still insists on full repayment of the Loans by 22 April 2013. As the Company currently does not have sufficient cash to effect the repayment, First Glory has taken it as a failure on the part of the Company to make the repayment. The Company’s board of directors (the “ Board ”) is considering the impact on the Company and will make further announcement(s) to keep its shareholders and investors updated of the development.
