APPOINTMENT OF AUDITORS

Reference is made to the announcement dated 29 April 2013 of Siberian Mining Group Company Limited (the “ Company ”) in relation to the resignation of auditors.

The board of directors of the Company is pleased to announce that Crowe Horwath (HK) CPA Limited has been appointed as auditors of the Company and its subsidiaries with effect from 28 May 2013 to fill the casual vacancy following the resignation of BDO Limited to hold office until the conclusion of the next annual general meeting of the Company.
