Notification of Major Shareholding

1 August 2022 - QinetiQ Group plc ("QinetiQ" or "the Group") has been notified by Mr. Christopher Harborne that his entire shareholding of 57,905,817 shares in QinetiQ has been transferred from AML Global Ltd to Klear Kite LLC. Mr. Harborne remains the sole ultimate beneficial owner and controller of these shares.

In accordance with Chapter 5 of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules sourcebook, set out below is the relevant information notified to QinetiQ by Mr. Harborne on 29 July 2022.
