Non-Executive Directorate Changes

18 March 2024 - QinetiQ Group plc ("QinetiQ") today announces that Lawrence (Larry) Prior III, who has been a Non-executive Director since August 2021, has resigned from the Board with effect from 16 March 2024.

Commenting on today's announcement, Larry Prior said:

"I have great respect and admiration for QinetiQ, its Board and its executive team, and it has been an honour and pleasure to serve.  I find that I need to devote more time and attention to another role and challenge." 

Neil Johnson, Group Chair of QinetiQ, further commented:

"I would like to thank Larry for his invaluable contribution to the QinetiQ Board over the past 3 years.  I completely understand Larry's decision to stand down from the Board in order to focus his time on another corporate role.  Nevertheless, his thoughtful advice will be missed. We all wish him well for the future."

9.6.11R of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority:

This notice is given in fulfilment of the obligation under paragraph 9.6.11R of the Listing Rules.  There are no other matters requiring disclosure under paragraph 9.6.11R.

S430(2B) Companies Act 2006:

Larry Prior has not and will not receive any loss of office payments, nor will he be paid any further remuneration for his service as a Director of QinetiQ, other than fees due for his services up to the date of his retirement from the Board.
