Non-Executive Director Declaration

5 March 2024 - In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14R(2) of the UK Listing Authority, QinetiQ Group plc ('QinetiQ') today announces that Carol Borg, Group Chief Financial Officer, has been appointed as Independent Non-Executive Director of Ricardo Plc ('Ricardo'), with effect from 1 July 2024.  Ricardo have reported that it is expected that Carol will take up the role of its Audit Chair in November 2024.
