Steve Wadey joins as Chief Executive Officer of QinetiQ Group plc

Further to our announcement on 27 January 2015, Steve Wadey has today taken up the role of Chief Executive Officer of QinetiQ Group plc.

In accordance with the FCA Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.2 R, Steve notified QinetiQ on appointment that he holds 20,000 ordinary shares of 1p each (0.0033%) in the capital of the Company.
