QinetiQ Group plc announces that Michael Harper, Deputy Chairman and Senior Independent Non-Executive Director, notified the Company on 14 November 2013 that he will retire as Non-Executive Chairman of Ricardo plc with effect from the end of that company's Annual General Meeting in November 2014.
