QEM Limited (ASX: QEM) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of QEM Limited (‘QEM’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of QEM, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 4 August 2021 or when the announcement is released to the market.

TRADING HALT REQUEST

In accordance with Listing Rule 17.1, QEM Limited (ASX: QEM) requests an immediate voluntary trading halt of the Company’s securities pending the announcement of a capital raising.

The Company requests that the trading halt be lifted on the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 4 August 2021 or when the anticipated announcement is released to the market.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted, nor any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
