Description
QEM Limited (‘QEM’) was admitted to the Official List of ASX Limited (‘ASX’) today, Wednesday, 17 October 2018.
Official quotation of QEM’s ordinary fully paid shares will commence at 10:30 am AEDT on Friday, 19 October 2018.
QEM raised $5,000,000 pursuant to the offer under its replacement prospectus dated 20 August 2018 (‘Replacement Prospectus’) by the issue of 25,000,000 shares at an issue price of $0.20 per share.
