PRE-QUOTATION STATEMENTS
QEM Limited ACN 167 966 770 ( Company ) is pleased to provide the following pre-quotation disclosures. Capitalised terms in this announcement not otherwise defined have the same meaning as in the Company’s replacement prospectus dated 20 August 2018 as varied by the supplementary prospectuses dated 12 September 2018 and 24 September 2018 ( Prospectus ).
