New number of shares and votes in Q-linea AB (publ)
The number of shares and votes in Q-linea AB (publ) (the "Company") increased during November 2025 as a result of: (i) the rights issue resolved by the board of directors on September 18, 2025, and approved by the extraordinary general meeting on October 21, 2025, and (ii) the directed issue of 16,800 shares to a guarantor in connection with the rights issue, resolved by the board of directors on November 17, 2025, pursuant to authorization from the general meeting.
As of November 28, 2025, the total number of shares in the Company amounts to 18,949,081 shares (previously 6,436,873 shares), each carrying one vote. All shares are common shares. The share capital amounts to SEK 1,894,908.10 (previously SEK 643,687.30). As of November 28, 2025, Q-linea AB holds 329 of its own shares.
