Q-Free: Share capital increase registered

Q-Free: Share capital increase registered

Reference is made to stock exchange release 13 January 2021, related to

conversion notices for the subordinated Convertible Bond Loan issued by Q-Free

ASA 18 May 2020.

The share capital increase has now been registered in the Norwegian Register of

Business Enterprises.

Q-Free ASA's new share capital is NOK 41,122,282,92 divided into 108,216,534

shares with a par value of NOK 0.38 per share. Each share gives one vote at the

Company's general meeting.

The new shares will be issued on a separate ISIN until a listing prospectus for

the new shares has been approved by the Norwegian Financial Supervisory

Authority and published by the Company.
